Am a PMS Data Analyst, i help build database for ship vessels,design PMS jobs,link spares to jobs and parts, i am good with microsoft packages,my Analysis tools are Excel,SQL and Power BI. i can help enter data into structures with high accuracy and ensure clean databases., passionate about what I do and never giving up on challenges and tasks
a. Creating a component list with maker, model, serial number, and technical data.
b. Creating all jobs with complete job descriptions.
c. Creation of spare part and or ROB’s inventory update.
d. Creation of any CSM jobs from CSM list.
e. Creation of any safety and company specific jobs.
f. Combining several jobs under umbrella of one job using jobs relations.
g. Linking of spares to Jobs in Major Machineries.
h. Extraction of pages from the soft copy of manuals.
i. Creation of inventory, certificates, surveys or crew data.
j. Import of licensed IMPA Catalogue and other related data provided according to CLASS.
