As a market research interviewer, I collect information and document consumer opinions, through phone interviews and surveys provided by the company or clients.
My duties include following directions to collect the data, being persuasive, and being professional on the job. I may be required to use computer-assisted telephone interview (CATI) software, companies then use these research data to make informed decisions about target populations, to improve products or enhance customer service.
I have been involved in so many successful projects which had lead to the creation of many new products into the market, improving existing ones for better consumption, and increasing market value, I have also lead and supervised a of 10 Interviewers/Enumerators for countless projects, I have also been involved in sensitive research projects which had lead to the protection of the general population of my Country.
Work Terms
I prefer working as early as possible from the start of the day, mostly from 9am - 6pm, Monday-Saturday or as the project requires, upfront payment of at least 50%, and I communicate preferably in the English Language
