Project management and proofreading with precision. I turn scattered processes into systems that run and messy content into polished work you can trust, every time.
I started my career in numbers, and somewhere along the way, I realized what I actually love is order: taking something scattered, whether it's a billing system, a client relationship, or a stalled project, and turning it into something that runs cleanly.
My background spans revenue assurance, investment banking, finance, and project coordination, and each role taught me a different piece of the same skill: how to spot what's broken before it becomes expensive. At Remita Payment Service Limited, I work daily at the intersection of Reconciliation, Finance, and CRM data, catching billing discrepancies and revenue leakage before they affect a client relationship. Before that, at Woodhall Capital, I wore two hats at once, working as an Investment Banking Analyst on pitch books, due diligence, and transaction structuring, while also serving as technical assistant to the CEO, coordinating scheduling and high-profile engagements like the 9th Lagos State Corporate Assembly and Afreximbank workshops, and helping run the African Trade Gateway (Apex) platform, a B2B/B2G commodity trading initiative.
Earlier in my career, at Paelon Memorial Hospital, I inherited a billing process that was quietly bleeding revenue. Nobody asked me to fix it, but I did anyway, redesigning the workflow and training staff on it. That initiative recovered over 50% of outstanding client bills and cut transaction errors by 80%. That project taught me something I still carry into every piece of work I take on: if you see a broken process, don't wait for permission to fix it.
I also proofread branded content for On-Brand"ish", including a key messaging deck and content strategy deck, work that scratches a different, more creative itch than spreadsheets do.
What I value most in how I work: discretion, because I've spent years handling sensitive financial and operational information; proactivity, because I'd rather notice a problem early than explain later why I didn't; and clarity, because a report, a message, or a plan is only useful if the person on the other end can actually understand and act on it.
Outside of work, I unwind with a good movie, get lost in music, and love cooking, there's something satisfying about following a process through to a finished result in the kitchen too, not so different from how I approach a messy project at work.
I'm based in Lagos, Nigeria, and I bring the same care to every project I take on, whether it's reconciling a ledger, coordinating a launch, or polishing someone else's words until they're ready to be read.
