I'd like to describe my job as a Business Change specialist.

I am 2017 mechanical production engineer grad with interest in lean, project management and data science.
after graduation I worked as a business development engineer in Acrow Egypt, - a well known formwork company- and one of the industry leaders.
it serves the industrial and the construction sectors with its products and solutions.
My duties included:
- Joint Venture product owner that serves the high rise building sector through providing smart
engineering solutions through partnership with the Australian BOXERENGINEERING. (Self climbing
systems).
- leading the Designing, manufacturing, installing and supporting the self climbing systems through
several mega projects in Egypt and the Mena Region.
- feasibility study for manufacturing global expansion. commercial scaffolding product lines.
- leading the launching of a local commercial product line.

in 2020 I have been promoted to be senior R&D Project Engineer.

and my duties included:

- reducing the company cost via leading value engineering, value buying and layout re-engineering
initiatives.
- leading the R&D value engineering platform, creating R&D projects framework to achieve the
development needed based on VOC and research.
- standard cost analysis for new 2020 products.
- leading manufacturing execution system that generate real time accurate data . (MES Project).
- presenting the company main KPI's through BI tools and propose improvement (kaizen) ideas to increase
productivity and decrease costs. (MES Project).
- directing a series of videos to promote seven of our main product lines based on our achievement with
el Alamein High-rise Buildings.
