Work Terms

Project Structure: I offer both fixed-price projects and hourly consulting based on scope and requirements.

Communication: Regular updates via your preferred platform. I maintain responsive communication with 24-48 hour response times.

Payment Terms: 50% upfront deposit for fixed-price projects over $500, with remainder due upon completion. Smaller projects and hourly work billed weekly or bi-weekly.

Availability: Available for both remote and on-site work (additional travel expenses may apply for on-site services outside Alexandria, Egypt).

Deliverables: All projects include detailed documentation, training materials when applicable, and a follow-up consultation to ensure successful implementation.

Revisions: Fixed-price projects include up to two rounds of revisions to ensure client satisfaction.

Confidentiality: I maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and materials.
