3. Hourly Engagements: For ongoing executive support (inbox and calendar management), I bill weekly based on tracked hours with a pre-agreed weekly limit.
Communication & Availability:
4. Availability: I am available Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with a commitment to proactive problem-solving.
5. Response Time: I prioritize maintaining a 40% improvement in response times for all client communications.
6. Primary Channels: I prefer communication via Guru’s Workroom, but I am comfortable with Slack or Zoom for strategic deep-dives.
