Work Terms
Hours of Operation : Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM IST (GMT+5:30). For international clients, meetings can be scheduled outside regular working hours with prior coordination.
Charges per Hour : Starting from USD 10/hour. The final hourly rate may vary depending on Project complexity, Technology stack ,Required expertise, Project duration , Integration requirements , Support and maintenance scope. For larger projects, fixed-price or milestone-based pricing can be offered after reviewing the requirements.
Payment Terms: For project-based works 30%–50% advance payment before commencement. Remaining payment based on agreed project milestones. Source code/final production deployment upon completion of agreed payment milestones . Third-party services, hosting, domain, licences and API charges are payable separately by the client . Any additional requirements outside the agreed scope will be estimated separately.
For hourly engagements: Work is billed based on the actual hours worked. Detailed work/activity reports can be provided when required. Weekly or milestone-based billing can be on mutually agreed terms.
Preferred Mode of Communication : Freelancing Platform Messaging , mail ,Online Meetings (Google Meet, Zoom )
Project Communication: mail for formal requirements, approvals and documentation. Freelancing platform messaging for day-to-day communication. Online meetings for requirement discussions, demonstrations and reviews.
