Work Terms & Policies
Operating Hours
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST).
We are available for scheduled server maintenance or critical infrastructure support on weekends by prior arrangement.
Communication Protocol
To maintain a secure audit trail, all project communication, file exchanges, and updates must occur primarily through the Guru WorkRoom. We are available for initial video consultations (Zoom or Teams) to define project scope.
Payment Structure
We operate as a registered US Federal Contractor and adhere to strict billing standards.
1. Fixed Price Projects
For defined scopes (such as scripts, server setups, or installation guides):
- We require 50% of the total budget to be funded in SafePay before work begins.
- The remaining 50% is released upon delivery and approval of the final milestone.
- Work will not commence until SafePay is funded.
2. Hourly Projects
For ongoing support, data entry, or consultation:
- We use Guru's Time Tracker to ensure 100% transparency.
- Time is billed in 10 minute increments with detailed memo notes.
- Invoices are generated weekly.
Scope of Services
- Software & Automation: Includes source code, deployment guides, and a standard 14 day warranty on all scripts to ensure stability.
- Data Entry & Management: Includes manual entry, data validation, and cleansing. Accuracy is guaranteed at 99% or higher.
- Revisions: Fixed price contracts include two rounds of minor revisions. Changes to the core scope after work begins will require a separate Change Order.
Data Privacy & Compliance
We are a US based entity. We do not outsource your data. All sensitive files (HIPAA, PII, Financial) are handled on encrypted local infrastructure and deleted upon project completion unless otherwise specified.
