Having run my own Research and Development company for almost 20 years and having since sold it with the intention of retiring, I find it almost impossible to cease working and as such have formed Orzo Consulting.

Work Terms
Dependent upon the type and length of a work/contract we would provide a Functional Design Specification [FDS] outlining scope of work and all necessary information to complete the work. We then agree this with the client and either set up milestone or staged payments.
In the case of smaller projects, we require 40% deposit upon agreement of works, followed by 50% at handover and 10% retention payable 30 days after completion of project.
