Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I am available Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (WAT). However, I’m flexible and can adjust to different time zones based on the project requirements and client preferences.

Payment Terms:
• I prefer milestone-based payments for large projects and hourly billing for ongoing tasks.
• For hourly jobs, I charge $10/hour, and for fixed-price projects, the minimum budget is $30.
• I require a 25–50% upfront deposit for new clients, depending on the scope of the project.
• All payments should be made securely via Guru’s SafePay system for mutual protection.

Preferred Communication Style:
I value clear, professional, and timely communication.
• Preferred platforms: Guru messaging, Email, or WhatsApp (on request).
• I’m open to video or voice calls for clarification when necessary.
• I typically respond within 12 hours or less.
