Work Terms

Hours of Operation

Appentus Technologies operates Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (IST).
For international clients, we offer flexible working hours and overlap time zones to ensure smooth communication and timely project execution. Support and coordination can be extended during critical project phases or deployments.

Engagement & Communication

Dedicated Project Manager / Point of Contact

Communication via Email, Zoom/Google Meet, Slack, or client-preferred tools

Weekly or milestone-based progress updates

Agile and milestone-driven delivery approach

Payment Terms

Project-Based Engagement:

30% advance to initiate the project

40% upon milestone completion

30% on final delivery / deployment

Monthly / Dedicated Resource Model:

Monthly billing in advance

Invoices raised at the beginning of each billing cycle

All payments are subject to applicable taxes (GST, where applicable).

Pricing & Currency

Pricing is quoted in USD or INR, depending on client preference

All estimates are based on the finalized scope of work

Any scope changes will be handled through a mutually agreed change request

Support & Maintenance

Post-delivery support included for a defined period (as per proposal)

Optional AMC / Maintenance & Support plans available

Bug fixes, performance monitoring, and minor enhancements covered under support plans

Confidentiality & IP Rights

Complete confidentiality maintained for all client data and business information

Source code and IP ownership transferred to the client upon full payment

NDA can be signed upon request
