🛠 Project Workflow
To ensure a seamless experience, we follow a structured four-phase process:
Discovery: A deep dive into your requirements to ensure we’re aligned on the "Why" and the "How."
Execution: Consistent updates through Guru’s message board. We believe in "no surprises."
Review & Refine: Each milestone includes a set number of revision rounds (specified in the individual quote) to polish the final product.
Delivery & Handoff: Final files/access are transferred immediately upon SafePay release.
💳 Payment & Terms
SafePay is Mandatory: For the protection of both parties, all projects must be funded via Guru’s SafePay system before work commences.
Milestone Payments: For larger projects, we prefer breaking the work into logical milestones. This keeps the momentum going and ensures you see progress at every stage.
Refund Policy: Work completed and approved via milestones is non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with a draft, we commit to the revision process outlined in our initial agreement.
🕒 Communication & Availability
Response Time: We typically respond to all inquiries within 4–6 hours during business days.

📝 Intellectual Property
Upon the final release of payment, all intellectual property rights for the completed work are transferred to you. We reserve the right to display the completed work in our professional portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is in place.
