Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I am available Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (IST).
I can accommodate urgent tasks outside these hours on request.

Payment Terms:

I work on both hourly and fixed-price projects.
Upfront deposit: 20–30% for fixed-price projects to initiate work.
Remaining payment is due upon milestone completion or project delivery.
Preferred payment methods: PayPal, Bank Transfer, or platform escrow.

Communication Style:

Primary communication via Email, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn.
For detailed discussions, I prefer Zoom/Google Meet calls.
I provide regular progress updates — weekly or per milestone.

Project Management & Workflow:

I follow a structured workflow: Requirement gathering → Design → Development → Testing → Delivery.
Revisions are included as per project agreement.
Any additional features or changes beyond the scope will be quoted separately.

Response Time:

I typically respond within 2–3 hours.
Urgent queries are prioritized.

Collaboration:

I encourage clear, transparent communication from the client side.
I am proactive in suggesting technical improvements and best practices for your project.
