I am Partha, an MBA graduate from one of the most reputed central Universities of India. I have worked as an entrepreneur, a co-founder and a remote employee in the past. I have been awarded the 'Best Entrepreneur of the Region' by India Achiever's Award. I have been associated with 2 startups in the past, before which I was a freelancer. I have taken up strategic positions in the startups and have helped other companies with their brand building and marketing as well.
The last startup I was associated with was Grofshop, which is a proximity based AdTech platform for retailers. I worked as the COO for 1 year. I worked on Project Management (from initialization to completion of the product) after which I was responsible for onboarding, relationship building and revenue generation from 300 clients.
Before Grofshop, I started DigiSketch, a marketing collateral based firm. I was instrumental in bringing 20 clients within the first 18 months of operation. I worked on client acquisition, cold calling and emailing, project management and graphic design.
I also worked as a remote employee for Group 7 Foods Inc. (Charlotte, USA) and Gustaine (New Zealand) where I worked towards brand management and risk management respectively. In between, I also did some minor projects for Samsung and Numaligarh Refinery Limited (a public sector company).
I love dancing and riding my cruiser. When I am not working , I love hanging out with my friends or going out for a ride with my group. I recently liked the idea of vlogging too.

Work Terms
I am available for work 24x7 (time zones do not matter). I would love to take up fixed costs projects, but would not leave out hourly jobs.
I would love to be a remote employee for an organization that requires my skill sets. I am comfortable with any communication style with my clients.
I would prefer a payment organized in the order of 30%, 40%, 30%. But each job is different and so, each payment will also be different.
