Work Terms

I provide independent Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps and Technology Architecture consulting on a project, fixed-scope or monthly retainer basis.

Engagement & Scope: Each engagement begins with a clear understanding of requirements, objectives, deliverables, timelines and responsibilities. The scope and deliverables will be agreed upon before work begins. Any additional requirements will be discussed and mutually agreed.

Availability: Available for short-term consulting, project-based assignments and ongoing/fractional consulting engagements. Availability and working hours will be agreed based on project requirements.

Communication: Primary communication through , LinkedIn, Microsoft Teams, Zoom or other mutually agreed channels. Regular progress updates will be provided during active engagements.

Turnaround: Typical consulting assessments and architecture assignments can be completed within 3–10 business days depending on scope and complexity. Larger implementation projects will follow an agreed project schedule.

Payment: Payment terms will be agreed before commencement. Fixed-price projects generally require an initial advance, with the balance linked to agreed milestones. Hourly or monthly consulting engagements are invoiced based on the agreed billing cycle.

Confidentiality: Client information, credentials, architecture details, documentation and business data will be treated as confidential and used only for the agreed engagement.

Deliverables: Deliverables may include architecture assessments, HLD/LLD documents, diagrams, recommendations, implementation plans, automation scripts, technical documentation and knowledge-transfer sessions, as applicable to the engagement.
