Work Terms

1. Scope of Work:
I provide custom logo and graphic design services as agreed with the client. Any additional work outside the original agreement may require extra charges.


2. Revisions:
Each project includes 2–3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be charged separately.


3. Delivery Time:
Standard delivery is 3–5 business days per project (may vary based on complexity). Expedited delivery can be arranged at an additional cost.


4. Payment Terms:

50% upfront before starting the project.

50% upon final delivery before sending the final files.

Payments accepted via UPI, PayPal, Bank Transfer, or preferred platform.



5. Ownership & Rights:

Client receives full ownership of the final design after full payment.

I retain the right to include the work in my portfolio and social media unless otherwise agreed.



6. Communication:

All project discussions are done via Email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or preferred platform.

Prompt responses help ensure timely delivery.



7. Cancellation & Refund:

Project cancellations before work begins: full refund of upfront payment.

After work begins: upfront payment is non-refundable, but work can be delivered proportionally based on progress.
