Since 2015 I have been working in Kyiv, Ukraine in the Area of customer support, business development and Sales & Marketing.
I have over 3 years in sales marketing manager with proven records and the same I have over 4 years experience as a customer support manager.
Sales & Marketing, as well as customer support, goes hand in hand, this way I have grown a huge passion for this profession. I get satisfaction in knowing that I have solved a client needs and have helped them to acquire services that meet their individual satisfaction.
With my current education and working experience, I would like to take up a position of Customer Support Manager and pass on my experience to agents and train a team to provide superior customer support.
