Work Terms
Communication
- Available Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–7 PM (WAT). I respond to messages within 2–4 hours during working hours.
-I prefer clear project briefs upfront sample data, desired output format, and deadline so I can scope accurately and avoid back-and-forth delays.
- Available for calls (Zoom/Google Meet) to clarify requirements before starting, especially for dashboard or automation projects.
Project Scope and Payment
- For projects under $150, full payment is requested upfront.
- For larger projects, I work in milestones (e.g., 50% to start, 50% on delivery) or per-agreed deliverable stages.
- Any request outside the original scope (extra sheets, new features, additional data sources) will be quoted separately before I begin work on it.
Revisions
- 2 rounds of revisions are included in every project to fine-tune formulas, formatting, or layout.
- Revisions must relate to the original brief new feature requests are treated as scope changes.
Deliverables
- Files delivered in your preferred format (.xlsx, .csv, .pdf) with clean, documented formulas and, where relevant, a short walkthrough (via Loom video or notes) explaining how the workbook/dashboard works.
- Source files are yours to keep and edit freely after final payment.
Confidentiality
- All client data is treated as strictly confidential. I'm happy to sign an NDA for sensitive business or financial data.
Turnaround
- Simple tasks (formulas, cleanup, formatting): 24–48 hours.
- Dashboards, VBA automation, or larger datasets: 3–7 days, depending on complexity — timeline agreed before work starts.
