MEP draftsman/designer and Revit BIM modelling/Coordinator
With more than 18-years plumbing design experience for a wide variety of projects, including research mid-rise building, office buildings, educational facilities, hospitals, and medical office buildings, parking garages, restaurants, grocery stores, and kitchens. Design experience includes lab waste, lab waste vent, natural gas, compressed air, lab vacuum, hot and cold water systems, and purified water. Work closely with Architects, Code Officials, Facility Maintenance and other Project Consultants during the design phase to provide for a thoroughly coordinated project with constructability always in mind.
Mechanical BIM Coordinator, having more than 10-Years’ experience in MEP Drafting, Designing, BIM Modeling & Coordination, using Auto CAD, Revit, Navisworks and other BIM software’s. I have a very strong background in 3D modeling and got the chance to use different 3D software’s throughout my professional career.
Specialize in HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing modeling and coordination with building systems such as Architectural, Civil and Structural systems. I also have a strong background using AutoCAD, REVIT, and Navisworks. The ability to keep and maintain open communication with other disciplines to allow a friendly and efficient coordination process. Time-saving and proposing other cost-effective solutions to project scope, requirements and including other trades comments and suggestions throughout the project to save time and money due to delayed revisions.

2. MEP Designs (HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing)
3. 3D Model for Fire Protection, HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical
4. Construction, Conceptual, As built, Fabrication and Shop drawings.
5. 3D Modeling.
Work Terms
I'm available to start asap, I'm a full time freelance. I would be available any time during the day and during duration of the project for phone calls, emails, share screen.
I use team viewer or goto meeting to do a coordination meeting with clients.
