Work begins once all materials are provided and the order is confirmed.
• Delivery Time:
Delivery time depends on video length and complexity. I always deliver within the agreed deadline.
• Revisions:
I offer revisions to help match your vision (revisions do not include major script or content changes). Extra revisions are available at an additional cost.
• File Formats:
Final videos are delivered in the format you prefer (MP4, MOV, etc.) and optimized for the platform you choose (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
• Footage & Assets:
Clients must provide all footage and materials legally usable for the project.
• Confidentiality:
All your files and project details remain private. I do not share your content without permission.
• Payments:
Payments are handled through the platform’s secure system. Work is delivered only within the platform to ensure safety for both sides.
