Eagle Digital was founded by Philippe Damas in 2022, a Senior IT Program Manager with 20+ years of experience delivering complex technology programs for major international organizations.
After two decades working embedded within leading corporations across banking, energy, nuclear, telecoms, and defense — including Orano/Areva, ENGIE IT, Société Générale, Crédit Agricole CIB, Orange Business Services, and IDEMIA — Eagle Digital was created to bring that same level of expertise and rigor to clients on a flexible, independent basis.
The company operates at the intersection of IT program governance and AI-driven automation, helping organizations not only deliver their projects successfully, but also modernize the way they work — through smarter workflows, leaner processes, and technology that actually serves the business.
Based in the Paris area and operating fully remotely, Eagle Digital serves clients across France, Switzerland, Belgium, and the UK, with fluency in French and English-speaking environments.

Work Terms
📍 Location: 100% remote — available for international missions (FR, CH, BE, UK)
🕐 Availability: Full-time or part-time engagement (minimum 2 days/week)

✈️ On-site: Occasional travel possible upon agreement (Paris, Zurich, Brussels)
💬 Communication: Responsive within 24h — fluent in async remote collaboration (Teams, Slack, Zoom)
📄 Contract: Freelance / B2B via Eagle Digital (French registered company)
💶 Rate: Available on request — tailored to scope, duration, and complexity
