Work Terms

1. The Development location will be in our Corporate Office at Chennai.
2. Allocate separate Project coordinator from your side.
3. All functional dealings through the project Coordinator only.
4. All Product images, icon and other data's are at client.
5. All Estimates are Inclusive of 3-6 months of Maintenance with 100% Bug warranty from the date of UAT and sign-off.
6. Beyond 6 months shall be continued upon Maintenance contract.
7. Onsite development or on-shore deployment of products or projects based on mutual agreement.

Payment terms:

1. 15-35 % as advance on approval of final proposal/Effort Estimate project cost.
2. Swift Wire-Transfer /Check or Demand Draft to be drawn in Favor of “ProTeam Softwares India Private Limited” payable at Chennai.
3. Balance percentage of payments can be on mutually set milestone deliverable basis and UAT/Sign-off.
4. All Required Training will be given the Client to handle the Administration of project Delivered/Product for easy management.
5. On going support option depends on client requirement and we have 24/7 POS/Project support.
