Work Terms
1. Confidentiality & Safe Space
All individual and group interactions are conducted in a safe, respectful, and confidential environment. Participants are encouraged to share openly, knowing their privacy will be honored.
2. Session Format & Duration
Individual Sessions: 45–60 minutes (in-person or online).
Group Sessions/Orientations: Duration and structure will depend on the topic, typically ranging from 1 to 3 hours.
Interactive discussions, presentations, and activities are integrated to enhance learning and engagement.
3. Attendance & Punctuality
Please arrive on time. Full participation is important to maintain the flow of sessions and group integrity. If you must miss a session, advance notice is appreciated.
4. Participation & Respect
All voices are valued. Mutual respect, active listening, and open-mindedness are expected during both counseling and orientation sessions. Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
5. Scope of Services
Services include:
Individual and group counseling
Orientation and awareness sessions on mental health, emotional well-being, child development (including ICDP modules), and psychosocial support
Skill-building workshops for caregivers, educators, and youth
6. Cultural Sensitivity
Sessions are designed with cultural awareness and inclusivity in mind. Participants are encouraged to bring in their unique experiences and cultural perspectives.
7. Follow-Up & Referrals
After orientations or sessions, follow-up resources or referrals may be provided for continued learning or deeper support.
8. Feedback & Improvement
Feedback from participants is always welcome. It helps improve the quality and impact of future sessions.
