? Manage development of IIS Server Configurations (IIS 7.x/8.x/10.x).
? Installing, configuring and troubleshooting various third party tools, utilities and applications.
? Troubleshooting web server, Email related problems and websites problems.
? Maintain production for a Windows IIS platform to sustain maximum system availability.
? Diagnose and resolve IIS core Windows application related technical problems.
? Application pool management and performance tuning.
? Provisioning IIS web servers based on usage and security.
? Server maintenance based on updates, data usage and antivirus requirements.
? Customer support based on change requests, uptime, performance related issues, and access.
? Deploy, support, and apply necessary configurations for 3rd party web applications (Plesk, website panel etc).
? Work closely with the Project and support team for web server architecture design, deployments.
? Documenting solution on all issues in an internal knowledge base system to appropriate level of detail.
? Secure web servers by applying appropriate system access levels.
? Provide technical support to clients; mainly in UK, India, US, and rest of the world.
? Handling Shared server, VPS, Cloud server, Cluster Servers, VMwareserver and
Dedicated server.
? SSL Installation.
