I have one year of experience as an offshore recruiter and I have thoroughly loved the process of recruitment. I am focused on recruiting for both tech and nontech job profiles.
I also have 6 months of work experience, having worked as an offshore Life Science Recruiter.
During my job I worked extensively with Technical, Life Science, Professional teams to source candidates as per the requirements of end Client.
Currently, as a Senior Recruiter, I work for US Staffing company.
So far, i have only recruited for International companies for specific USA clients.
I have produced a track record of having some of the highest fill ratios in the staffing industry. It's important to me to build long term relationships with clients, so I'm primarily looking for long term projects.
