Work Terms
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, UI, and exploratory testing to ensure application quality and reliability.
• Analyze requirements and create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases covering functional and edge-case scenarios.
• Perform API testing using Postman and Swagger, validating requests, responses, status codes, data, and API behavior.
• Develop and maintain automated test scenarios using Playwright and Python to improve test coverage and reduce repetitive manual effort.
• Identify, document, track, and validate defects using Jira, collaborating closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Perform regression testing after feature changes and bug fixes to minimize the risk of existing functionality breaking.
• Investigate automation failures and application issues to identify root causes and improve test reliability.
• Collaborate with developers, QA team members, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Contribute to improving testing processes, automation efficiency, and overall product quality.
• Take ownership of assigned testing activities and continuously look for opportunities to improve QA practices.
