Work Terms

Welcome! I look forward to collaborating on your project. To ensure a smooth, professional, and successful partnership, here are my standard work terms.

Communication & Availability: My primary channel for all project-related communication is this platform's messaging system. This keeps our discussions, files, and approvals neatly organized in one place. My standard business hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM in IST (GMT+5:30), Monday through Friday. I will respond to all messages within 24 business hours (messages sent over the weekend will be answered on Monday). I am also available for scheduled video calls for more in-depth discussions.

Project Workflow & Payment: My process begins with a detailed discussion of your goals and requirements, after which I will provide a comprehensive proposal and quote. Work commences once the initial milestone is fully funded. For project-based work, I typically require a 50% deposit (or funded milestone) to schedule the project, with the final 50% (or final milestone) due upon completion, just before the release of the final, high-resolution files. For hourly contracts, time will be tracked accurately using this platform's tracker, and invoices will be submitted weekly. All payments must be processed securely through this platform.

Revisions & Scope: My quotes include two (2) rounds of reasonable revisions to ensure you are delighted with the final product. These revisions cover minor adjustments to the work submitted. Any revision requests beyond this, or any new requests that fall outside of the original project scope, will be considered "scope creep" and will require a new, separate quote or will be billed at my standard hourly rate of $35/hour
