Work Terms
Hours of operation: My standard business hours are Monday to Friday, 12:00 am to 8:00 am, Eastern Standard Time (EST). However, I understand that some projects may require working outside of these hours, and I am willing to accommodate flexible schedules as needed.
Payment terms: I require a 50% deposit upfront before starting any project. The remaining 50% will be due upon completion of the project. I accept payment through online payment systems such as Payoneer. For long-term projects, we can discuss payment schedules that work for both of us.
Preferred communication style: I prefer to communicate through email as it allows for clear and concise communication that can be referenced later. However, I am also available for phone or calls as needed. I am committed to keeping my clients updated on the progress of their project and am happy to answer any questions they may have.
Project scope: Before beginning any project, we will discuss the scope of the work and agree on the deliverables, timeline, and budget. I am committed to delivering high-quality work that meets or exceeds your expectations.
Revisions: I understand that revisions may be necessary, and I am happy to make changes until you are completely satisfied with the final product. However, please note that significant changes outside of the original scope may result in additional fees.
Confidentiality: I respect the privacy and confidentiality of my clients and will not share any information without their permission. Any files or information provided to me will be kept secure and confidential.
