I have an MBA degree with specialization in Human Resources and Marketing. I have 6 + years of very rich professional experience in Banking and Financial sector. I have worked extensively in the field of Human Resources especially end to end recruitment, policy drafting, publishing newsletters & other official communications, compensation review etc. I have also conducted many job interviews for selection of candidates.

This has given me great deal of exposure in understanding what a professional organization/institution expects from an ideal candidate’s resume/cover letter.
