Work Terms

Availability: For ongoing store management, I keep consistent daily working hours aligned with your time zone, so orders and customer inquiries get handled on a predictable schedule. Response time during agreed hours is typically within 2-4 hours, often faster for anything urgent.
Communication: For ongoing store management, I provide regular updates — typically a daily summary of orders, customer inquiries, and any issues handled, plus a weekly overview of overall store performance. I'm reachable during agreed working hours for anything urgent, and I flag problems immediately rather than waiting for the next scheduled update.
Payment: For ongoing eBay/Amazon store management, I work on a monthly retainer basis — billed as a percentage of the store's net profit for that month, paid after the month closes. The exact percentage is agreed per client based on store size and scope of work. For one-off or hourly tasks outside ongoing management, standard hourly billing applies.
