Confidentiality and Professional Conduct:
All client information, project details, and communications are treated with strict confidentiality and handled in accordance with data protection standards. Neither party will disclose sensitive information without prior consent.
Negative Reviews & Professional Conduct:
Honest, experience-based feedback is welcome. However, knowingly false or damaging public statements violate this agreement and may lead to formal dispute resolution. Both parties agree to maintain respectful, professional communication and resolve issues privately before public comments.
Liability & Dispute Resolution:
To protect both parties, I require clear acceptance of work deliverables at key milestones. Upon acceptance, refunds are not provided as work has been completed and delivered in good faith. Any disputes will first be addressed through direct dialogue and mediation. Legal action or claims for full refund without substantial cause (such as breach of contract or gross negligence) are strictly prohibited. My goal is always a professional and amicable resolution.
Additional Terms:
Additional work beyond the agreed scope requires a separate agreement and may incur extra fees. Preferred communication is via platform messaging and scheduled calls to maintain clear records. I commit to ethical business practices and expect mutual respect and integrity.
