I am an independent strategy and management consultant with 15+ years of experience across top-tier strategy consulting, Big Four firms, and global enterprises, including McKinsey, EY, Genpact, and senior in-house leadership roles.
My work focuses on helping consulting firms, technology businesses, and leadership teams clarify strategic positioning, define what is sold to whom, and translate complex analysis into execution-ready recommendations.
As an independent advisor, I support clients on:

• Portfolio evaluation and investment decision support
• Service design and advisory productization
• AI- and data-enabled strategy and transformation
A significant part of my recent work involves reviewing and redefining advisory services—helping firms restructure offerings into modular, premium, product-like propositions, design differentiated service lineups, and develop clear engagement scopes and use cases.
I work closely with Partners, founders, Boards, and C-suite executives, and typically engage in a hands-on, delivery-oriented advisor role, complementing partner teams with structured problem-solving and high-quality client-ready output.
