I am an experienced consulting leader for Analytics and Digital Transformation in the domain of Banking and Financial
services. I have done my engineering from IIT Delhi and MBA from IIM Lucknow. Currently I run Risk Analytics practice, a
team of around 30 consultants for Accenture applied intelligence. My practice operates to provide data, analytics and
advisory solutions in the areas of Financial Risk (Regulatory & Non regulatory); Model Development, Validation and
Monitoring; Financial Crime (AML, trade surveillance and Fraud).
While I come with strong domain knowledge in the areas of Financial Risk and Financial crimes, I also have been
passionate about advancements in data eco system and artificial intelligence. I carry good expertise in complete ecosystem
around new age data which includes main pillars like data storage, data processing, data analysis/science and
data visualization. Also I am very well conversant with the latest innovations in artificial intelligence, starting with
machine learning for model developments to NLP, NLG, text analytics, network analytics, graph databases etc. Both of
these interests of mine, data and AI, combine and enable me in doing what I am very passionate about – solving
business use cases of Finance and Risk with latest in Data and AI.
I feel extremely excited about the possibilities of innovative business solutions and business models that came into
existence with emergence of data (Big Data and Alternate data) and AI and have invested significant amount of time in
last few years on the same. I have solved many use cases leveraging these new tool and techniques. One example is use
of network analytics and alternate data for AML alert generation and investigation. Another example is use of BI BoTs to
support CRO dashboards. I have also spent lot of time understanding new data or alternate data and created unique
