Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I am available for project updates and communication between 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (IST). I guarantee a 24-hour response time for all project-related queries.

Payment Terms:
I prioritize security for both parties by working exclusively through Guru.com’s SafePay system. For all new projects, I request a 30-50% milestone payment to initiate work, with the final balance released upon successful delivery and your approval of the technical drawings.

Communication Style:
To ensure maximum technical accuracy and maintain a clear, transparent record of all project requirements, I prefer to communicate via text-based messages here in the Guru.com Workroom. This allows me to focus fully on your technical specifications and provide precise, error-free results.

Revision Policy:
Your satisfaction is my priority. Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions to ensure the final output meets your specific requirements. Any additional changes beyond the initial scope will be discussed and billed accordingly.
