My background includes serving as a customer service associate within both call center and travel & tours environments.  I worked as a Senior Customer Service Representative in Groupon Singapore, where my responsibilities included handling customer inquiries and delivery status via inbound and outbound telephone calls, personal and emails using Zendesk Tool.
I worked as a  Reservation Customer Service Officer in Singapore Ducktours Pte Ltd under Singapore Tourism Board. I handled tourists and locals for their tickets on different attraction in Singapore. 
I worked within two high volume customer support call centers for a technical account and a satellite radio service provider. I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and escalations. 
In addition to this experience, I gained considerable customer service skills during my on the job training at Sulo Hotel.
