Work Terms
1. Before giving order you need to confirm so that both of us are on the same plane regarding the requirements.
2. You need to provide attachments of all requirements and input documents (preferably data should be masked or sample data provided)
3. You should also provide the exact output which is required to be produced associated with the given inputs.
4. I prefer undertaking contract work for a project instead of hourly rates. Mode of operation is as follows.
a. You provide your requirements supported by above input and output docs
b. Your delivery date requirements
c. We arrive at delivery timelines
d. We decide if we require split deliveries. It is preferred if I send a first draft cut to find out if we are on the right track and then follow it with intermediate delivery for testing and review and followed by final delivery.
e. You dont need to given final approval of satisfaction of delivery or its completeness till final delivery. Payment also will be on final delivery unless the scope involves multiple phases such as separate work for design, specs preparation etc.
Communication will be through this official website for all rates and deliveries. Intermediate communication can be done using email or whatsapp chat if the company policy allows us to do it.
