I am committed to delivering high-quality work and ensuring a smooth collaboration with my clients. Here are the work terms that I follow:
Availability: I am available for work from Monday to Friday, for a total of 8 hours per day. Please note that I do not work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
Team Support: I have a dedicated and capable team who supports me in my work. This allows me to efficiently handle projects and ensure timely delivery.
Communication and Support: I am committed to providing excellent support and maintaining open lines of communication with my clients. You can expect timely responses and assistance during weekdays.
Clarity and Quotation: Before commencing any work, I ensure clear communication with the client regarding project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. I provide a detailed quotation that covers all aspects of the project.
Discount for Future Support: I believe in fostering long-term relationships with my clients. Therefore, I offer a discount for future support, ensuring ongoing assistance without additional billing.
Payment Terms: Initially, I request 15% of the total project amount as a down payment before starting the work. For the remaining payment, I follow a monthly billing cycle. However, I am flexible and open to discussing alternative payment arrangements such as hourly, task-wise, or project-wise payments, depending on the client's preference.
Project Complexity: The pricing for my services depends on the complexity of the project. I carefully assess the requirements and scope to provide a fair and reasonable charge that aligns with the project's intricacies.
