Tell us the desired output or custom action you need, and we’ll tailor an automation workflow to achieve it.
Custom BIM automation solutions across Revit, Navisworks, and Dynamo — designed around your specific project requirements and workflows.
Custom BIM Automation Tailored to Your Workflow
Tell us the desired output, repetitive task, or custom action you need, and we can explore and tailor an automation workflow around your specific requirements.
Our focus is on practical BIM automation using Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, Python scripting, and advanced Revit API-based workflows. The objective is not to offer a one-size-fits-all solution, but to understand your existing process and identify opportunities to automate repetitive, rule-based, and data-driven tasks.
Depending on the requirement, workflows can involve:
• Repetitive model modifications and batch operations
• Element filtering, selection, and classification
• Parameter reading, updating, and data management
• Automated naming, tagging, and annotation workflows
• Model data extraction and reporting
• Excel and external data integration
• Quantity and information processing
• Rule-based model checks and validation
• Custom Dynamo graphs and scripts
• Revit and Navisworks data workflows
• Project-specific custom actions and utilities
You do not need to know which Dynamo nodes, scripts, or APIs are required. Simply explain what you currently do, what rules need to be followed, and what final output you want.
For example: “I perform these steps manually for every project and want to reduce them,” or “I need specific elements to be identified, processed, and updated according to predefined rules.”
The workflow can then be analyzed based on the required inputs, model data, conditions, actions, exceptions, and expected output. The most suitable approach can be explored using Dynamo, Python, Revit API-based development, Navisworks workflows, or a combination of tools.
Automation should solve a real workflow problem—not simply add complexity. The aim is to develop practical, repeatable, and controlled workflows that can help improve efficiency, consistency, and productivity.
Tell us what you want the software to do. Let’s work toward tailoring the automation required to achieve it—across Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, and related BIM workflows.
Work Terms
Hours of Operation
Monday–Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST
Sunday: Available for urgent communication or pre-scheduled discussions only.
Initial responses will generally be provided within 24 hours during working days. Project timelines, meetings, demonstrations, and support sessions can be scheduled in advance based on mutual availability.
For projects involving clients in different time zones, communication and meetings can be arranged at mutually convenient times with prior scheduling.
Payment Terms
Project pricing and payment structure will be discussed and agreed upon before the start of work. The final cost may depend on the scope, complexity, expected deliverables, development effort, revisions, and project timeline.
For larger or custom BIM automation projects, work may be divided into agreed milestones. An advance payment may be required before project commencement, with the remaining payment linked to defined milestones or final delivery.
Any major changes to the originally agreed scope may require a revised timeline and/or additional charges. Final deliverables will be provided according to the agreed payment terms.
For smaller tasks, consultations, troubleshooting, or short automation requirements, payment terms can be agreed based on the nature and duration of the work.
Preferred Communication Style
Clear, professional, and requirement-focused communication is preferred.
Clients are encouraged to explain the desired output, current workflow, repetitive task, available inputs, rules or conditions, and expected final result. Screenshots, screen recordings, sample files, example outputs can help in understanding the requirement accurately.
Technical knowledge of tools is not required from the client. Simply explain what you want the workflow or software to achieve.
Written communication via mail is preferred for documenting requirements and project decisions. Calls or online meetings can be scheduled when a detailed discussion or review is required.
