I often recall moments when I got so deep into analyzing data, looking for patterns that I lost track of time only to realize the insight wasn't even relevant to the task at I was solving.
With the 2 years of experience, my greatest triumph was seeing my views lead to a successful business decision that improved on customer experience, reducing the operation costs and hence increase in revenue while my biggest challenge still is pouring days into building reports and generating insights only for the client to ignore them or make gut-based decisions instead.
