Hi, I’m Rebecca Long and I run RL Bookkeeping Support. I help small businesses and accountants by providing accurate finance data and bookkeeping-related administrative support. I’m fully insured with Professional Indemnity Insurance, and I focus on making sure your financial information is organised, secure and easy to work with. My service is strictly administrative - no accounting or tax advice - so you get piece of mind alongside reliable support.

Work Terms

Rebecca Long, trading as RL Bookkeeping support, provides administrative finance and bookkeeping support. I do not provide accounting, tax payroll, or advisory services.

My services are part-time, within response times within 48 hours. Work is charged on an hourly basis, invoiced on completion and payment is due on receipt.

Client data is confidential and processed under UK GDPR; the client remains the data controller. Professional Indemnity Insurance is held, and liability is limited to the insurance cover.

Either party may terminate with written notice; fees for completed work remain payable.
