Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible to assist in the day-to-day running of the Accounts department.
Controlling and Maintaining Company records and files.
Responsible for Credit Card summary and payments reminder.
Responsible for online payments Dewa , Etisalat and Du and Emaar Properties.
Responsible for booking / airlines quotation for travels
Oversee policy insurances (i.e. vehicle motor, company, household)
Ensures accurate records for receipt, purchases, costs, sales and all other information for future use.
Updating of Petty Cash Fund SOA
Gathering all invoices/receipts (office related items) for payments
Responsible to do Local Perchance Order and send to the clients true emails or fax.
Updating of Payments / Funds Transfer Monitoring.
Liaise and Preparation of Business Visa requirements
Coordination with courier companies for document/parcel sending
Responds to the inquiries of callers , answers and re-routes telephone calls
Monitors and keep track of all official outgoing mails; maintain an organized documentation of every conversation.
Develop and maintain well organized filing system that permits easy reference and rapid retrieval of information.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
Updates phone directory and emergency numbers.
Receives, records, screens and ensures that all incoming calls are forwarded promptly to the addressees
Collating all necessary requirements for Dubai Trade online applications.
Responsible for Salik monitoring report every week.
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Coordinate and purchasing office supplies and pantry supplies
Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
