Work Terms

Hours: I work US Eastern-aligned hours (4 PM - 1:30 AM IST / 6:30 AM - 4 PM EST), so real-time collaboration is never an issue.

Communication: Slack, email, or your preferred tool. I respond within a few hours during work hours, and provide daily/weekly progress updates depending on project size.

Availability: Open to both fixed-price projects and hourly engagements. Retainer arrangements available for ongoing work.

Payment: Milestone-based for projects, weekly/biweekly for hourly work. Happy to use Guru's SafePay for escrow.
