9 years of bank-grade accuracy, now for your business. Bookkeeping, data entry & admin support that's fast, precise, and always on time.
I spent nine years inside the engine room of one of Pakistan's largest banks — Habib Bank Limited — starting as a Officer counting every rupee to the paisa, and working my way up to Branch Operations Manager, where I was trusted with reconciliations, compliance, vendor management, and the day-to-day financial health of an entire branch. In banking, there's no room for "close enough." A number is either right or it isn't, and I built my entire career on getting it right, every single time.
That discipline is what I now bring to freelance bookkeeping, data entry, and admin support. Whether I'm reconciling accounts, organizing records, or managing correspondence, I treat every client's business the way I treated the bank's books — with accuracy, confidentiality, and care. Along the way, I also completed a Master's in Human Resource Management and earned certifications in CAMS, FRM, and Trade-Based Anti-Money Laundering, so I understand not just numbers, but the compliance and risk thinking behind them.
What I Value
I believe good work is quiet work it shows up as a client's peace of mind, not a pile of excuses. I value honesty over flattery, precision over speed-for-its-own-sake, and communication that keeps people informed rather than guessing. Nine years of handling other people's money taught me that trust is earned in small, consistent actions, not grand gestures and that's exactly how I approach every project I take on.
Beyond the Numbers
Outside of spreadsheets and ledgers, I have a creative side that keeps me balanced. I love dress designing there's something deeply satisfying about turning an idea into something tangible, stitch by stitch, much like building a clean set of books from scattered receipts. I also paint, which gives me a quiet space to think and reset, and I garden, tending to something living and growing, one small, patient step at a time. I think all three design, painting, and gardening feed the same instinct that makes me good at my job: patience, attention to detail, and pride in a job done properly.
Why Work With Me
If you're looking for someone who brings real financial-sector discipline to your bookkeeping, data entry, or admin needs someone who's handled high-stakes banking operations and treats your business with that same seriousness I'd love to help. Fast, accurate, and reliable isn't just my tagline; it's how I was trained to work, every single day for nine years.
Work Terms
Hours of Operation
I keep flexible working hours designed to overlap with US and UK time zones, so international clients never have to wait long for a response. I'm generally available seven days a week and happy to adjust my schedule around project deadlines or urgent requests. If you need a specific check-in time or recurring meeting slot, just let me know and I'll build it into my day.
Payment Terms
I offer both hourly and fixed-price arrangements, depending on what suits the project best:
- Hourly work: (ongoing bookkeeping, data entry, admin support) is billed weekly or bi-weekly, with time tracked and shared transparently.
- Fixed-price projects: (one-time reconciliations, reports, or defined deliverables) are quoted upfront based on scope, with payment released through Guru's SafePay for both our protection.
For larger fixed-price projects, I ask for milestone payments rather than one lump sum at the end this keeps things fair and keeps the work moving smoothly. I'm happy to discuss what structure works best for your specific job before we start.
Preferred Communication
Clear communication is something I take seriously nine years in bank operations taught me that assumptions cost money. I prefer:
- Guru's messaging system for all initial discussions and project agreements, so there's always a written record
- PMB for day-to-day updates
- A brief check-in at the start of each project to confirm scope, deadlines, and how you'd like progress reported
I respond promptly, flag issues early rather than let them pile up, and give honest status updates even when the news isn't perfect. You'll always know exactly where your project stands.
