With over 18 years experience in business management and development, Research.Plan.Grow's lead consultant has been instrumental in creating business plans, conducting feasibility analyses, assessing economic impact, and supporting grant-based initiatives for national and international organizations. With an extensive background and commitment to community-based work, our lead consultant serves as an analytical and conceptual thinker who effectively partners with entrepreneurs to assess opportunities, facilitate strategic decisions, and drive implementations. She holds a Master's in Business Administration (MBA), MS in Economic Development and Entrepreneurship (MSEDE), and Master's in Public Administration (MPA).
Work Terms
We strictly operate off of a project deliverables plan that details the end deliverables, estimated delivery dates and the associated payments on the project.
