As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at BCOC, I am responsible for overseeing the company’s core operations and ensuring the alignment of day-to-day activities with our strategic goals. My role involves leading cross-functional teams, optimizing business processes, and driving operational excellence across all departments.
In addition to my executive responsibilities, I also take a lead role in drafting formal communication letters and business emails, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and linguistic accuracy—often serving as a communication translator to support multilingual or culturally nuanced correspondence. This ensures that all internal and external communications are aligned with the company’s tone, values, and international standards.
Core Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Manage and oversee daily business operations and cross-departmental coordination.
Implement effective operational strategies that support growth and efficiency.
Monitor performance metrics and streamline workflows for optimal productivity.
Strategic Implementation:
Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to execute the company’s strategic vision.
Translate business strategies into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
Communication Management:
Draft and review official letters, memos, and business emails to ensure consistency and professionalism.
Act as a translator for business communications when required — supporting multilingual or international correspondence.
Ensure communication aligns with corporate language, tone, and standards for both internal and external stakeholders.
Team Collaboration:
Lead and support department heads in achieving departmental goals.
Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Process & Compliance:
Improve and document business processes, ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
Maintain quality assurance across operational workflows and client service delivery.
