Hello! I’m Grace Kitavi, the founder of Reyes Services, a brand built on passion for research, organization, and clarity. With over 7 years of professional experience in research, summary writing, and administrative support, I’ve dedicated my career to helping businesses, organizations, and individuals make informed and confident decisions through well-analyzed, clearly presented information.
My journey began with a degree in Public Policy and Administration, where I developed a deep appreciation for structured thinking, data analysis, and effective communication. Over time, I realized that research isn’t just about collecting facts — it’s about connecting insights to purpose. That belief became the foundation of Reyes Services.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked as a Research Coordinator, Virtual Assistant, and Project Manager, where I learned to manage diverse projects, analyze markets, and deliver professional reports on time. Work Terms
🕒 Hours of Operation
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT-5:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (GMT-5:00)
Sunday: Closed (available for urgent project updates only)
Flexible with time zones — I adjust meeting and delivery times to align with international clients’ schedules.
💰 Payment Terms
Hourly Projects: $15/hour
Fixed Projects: Based on project scope, milestones, and agreed deliverables.
Payments: Managed securely through Guru SafePay for client and freelancer protection.
Revisions: Up to 2 rounds of reasonable revisions are included in each project.
Deposits: 30–50% upfront, depending on project size and duration.
All terms are discussed clearly before project start to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
