Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
I am available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CET. For urgent matters, I am flexible to accommodate outside these hours with prior notice.
Communication Style:
I prioritize clear and timely communication. My preferred channels are whatsapp and LinkedIn messaging for general updates and scheduling. For detailed discussions, strategy sessions, or troubleshooting, I use Zoom or Google Meet video calls. I strive to respond to all messages within 24 hours on business days.
Payment Terms:
Payment is due upon project milestones or as agreed in the contract before starting work.
For fixed-price projects, 50% upfront and 50% upon completion is standard practice.
For ongoing or retainer-based work, monthly invoices are issued with payment due within 7 days.
Preferred payment methods include bank transfer (SEPA), PayPal, or other mutually agreed platforms.
Revisions and Scope Changes:
I offer up to two rounds of revisions included within the original project scope. Additional changes or scope expansions will be discussed and billed separately.
Clear project briefs and timelines help ensure efficient delivery and avoid misunderstandings.
Confidentiality:
I respect client confidentiality and am happy to sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) when required.

I believe in a partnership approach and encourage open feedback throughout the project to ensure the best outcomes.
