Work Terms

Availability & Hours of Operation

I currently operate on a part-time freelance schedule and dedicate up to three hours per day to client projects. Even with limited daily availability, I prioritize efficiency, organization, and timely delivery. My workflow is structured to ensure that projects are completed within agreed timelines, regardless of the number of hours I work each day.

I also understand that clients may be in different time zones, so I am flexible in coordinating communication and updates where needed, provided it aligns with my set availability.

Payment Terms
I offer two flexible and transparent payment options based on the scope of the project:
Full Payment Upon Completion (i.e Payment once the final deliverable has been submitted and approved by the client).

Milestone-Based Payment
For larger or multi-phase projects, payment can be divided into milestones. This allows the client to review progress and release payments in stages such as after drafts, revisions, formatting, or final submission.

Preferred Communication Style
I am comfortable using Guru Messages for project conversations, sharing files, and maintaining documentation on the platform.
