Rita Tsui is a seasoned Human Resources leader and consultant with over 25 years of experience across strategic and operational HR. She specialises in providing full-spectrum HR consultancy, including talent acquisition and retention, learning and leadership development, HR policy and governance, and employee relations. With a strong background in mentoring and coaching, Rita supports organisations and leaders in building capable, engaged, and future-ready teams. Based in Hong Kong, she works closely with businesses across Asia, bringing both practical corporate insight and a coaching mindset to her work.

Work Terms

1. Scope of Services
Services will be agreed in advance and may include HR advisory, talent acquisition and retention, learning and development, HR policies and procedures, employee relations, mentoring, and coaching. The scope, deliverables, and timeline will be confirmed in writing before commencement.

2. Engagement Model
Engagement may be structured as:

Project-based consultancy

Retainer arrangement (monthly or quarterly)

Advisory / coaching sessions (hourly or per session)

3. Fees and Payment Terms

Fees are quoted based on the agreed scope and complexity of work.

Invoices are issued monthly or by project milestone.

Payment terms: 14–30 days from invoice date (to be agreed).

Additional work outside the agreed scope will be billed separately upon client approval.

4. Confidentiality
All client information, data, and discussions will be treated as strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.

5. Client Responsibilities
The client will provide relevant information, stakeholders, and resources required to deliver the services effectively.

6. Independence
Services are provided on a consultancy basis. This engagement does not constitute an employment relationship.

7. Term and Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice (e.g. 14 or 30 days). Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

8. Intellectual Property
All HR frameworks, documents, and materials developed for the client become the client’s property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Governing Law
The engagement will be governed by the laws of the agreed jurisdiction (e.g. Hong Kong).
