I have enjoyed a 25+ year photography career, which I still do today. During that time I have done a variety of different photography gigs, including portrait and wedding, food & product and some wildlife and landscape to sell at galleries and art shows. This is not a career that is static or boring! It is always fresh and new with each job. For my online work, my focus is product & food photography that I can do remotely in my home studio. I do local portraits and events here in Montana Summer-Fall but in winter, weather is more conducive to studio work! Along my photography journey I learned to build websites, first out of frustration of the “flakiness” of much of the industry and then once I was several years in, I began offering photography/website packages for small businesses. The two went well together as they have a lot of overlapping skills.
Photo-editing is a skill that at first, I thought all photographers knew how to do! Unfortunately that is not the case. Pro-Photo Editing comes from years and years of studying and understanding the subtleties of taking images from the raw format to a finished image. Sometimes less is more! I have used Lightroom since it first was launched…Lightroom 1.0! Photoshop came into the picture at 4.0 and I am proficient in both programs and they work together to have the best possible outcome from image import to finish!
I truly understand the small business owner as I am one myself! I try to keep my prices reasonable. My turn around is usually 3-5 days for product shoots and photo-editing (unless I tell you otherwise). Websites vary depending on what you need from me. If its start to finish, it can take a couple of months for a medium site, add more time for E-commerce and less time for a simple site. After discussing what you want, I would give you a better timeline.
I can also jump into a site you have already started (DIY or…), especially if it’s a Word Press site. I also have some experience with Shopify, they are similar, with Shopify having less creative options.

Work Terms
Generally, best time to get a hold of me is Monday - Saturday 9AM-5PM. I am happy to take a later call, just text or message me and we can set it up no problem. I take PayPal or I can invoice you and you can pay with my merchant directly from the invoice (Stripe) using Visa or MC. I prefer not to take AMX...too big a hit for my small business! With Photography & Photo-Editing, payment is due before I upload your finished images. Websites I do a 50% deposit and then final payment due when site is complete.
